An annual registration fee of R99 per child is payable upon registration.
Correct ballet attire is compulsory for all Ballet On The Move classes. It supports discipline, allows the teacher to observe correct alignment and technique, helps prevent injury, and promotes a unified, professional studio environment.
Dancers are required to attend all ballet classes dressed as follows:

No alternative leotards or ballet attire are permitted. This policy ensures uniformity as a school and enables the teacher to work effectively with each dancer's body to promote safe and correct technique.
Ballet attire must be purchased through Ballet On The Move, where the studio will place an order with Ballet Box on your behalf. Should you prefer to purchase the attire yourself, you are welcome to visit Ballet Box directly. Please inform them that your child is a dancer at Ballet On The Move (BOTM), and they will assist you with the correct studio-approved requirements.

Ballet On The Move may take photographs and videos of dancers during classes, rehearsals, and performances for marketing and promotional purposes.
If consent is granted, images may be used on:
Right to Withdraw: You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying the Studio in writing. Upon withdrawal, the Studio will make reasonable efforts to remove your child's images from active marketing materials, though images already distributed or shared may not be fully recoverable. No child will be disadvantaged or excluded from activities based on their parent's decision regarding image consent.
I acknowledge that ballet and dance activities involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other injuries that may occur during classes, rehearsals, or performances.
I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of my child and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ballet On The Move, its owner Anais Fourie, staff members, and representatives (collectively "the Studio") from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or connected to my child's participation in dance activities, to the extent permitted by law.
This indemnity does not apply to:
The Studio maintains a duty of care towards all dancers and takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment. This includes maintaining safe premises, providing qualified instruction, and implementing appropriate safety protocols.
I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect my child's participation. I understand it is my responsibility to update the Studio should any health circumstances change.
